  • A: Spend at $1 to $1999 on an order and get 30% off. Spend $2000 or more on an order and get 35% off Contact your account manager with any questions.
  • Q: How long does order processing take?
  • A: Keep in mind we manufacture all our gear to order and ship within 2-4 weeks. If you need more accurate turn around times please contact your account manager. Rush orders may be available upon request. 
  • Q: What about shipping costs? 
  • A: Free shipping on US wholesale orders over $500. International orders pay exact shipping  on all orders.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
  • A: We accept returns on unused items. Must be in new condition.
  • Q: What about warranty or defective items.
  • A: Have your customers contact us directly. We will fix or repair any defective item. No questions asked.

  • A: Yes, we provide tiered pricing based on order quantities. Contact us for custom volume pricing.

  • A: In general we don't have minimum quantities. Order only what you need. In rare cases minimum orders may vary by product. Please check individual product pages or contact us for details.

  • A: Payment is made at time of order
